North Wales holiday park goes all out for pampering
Lodges lure luxury lovers at new £2.2m North Wales holiday park
Families are being offered the chance to enjoy a luxury holiday lodge lifestyle at a stunningly located new park development in Denbighshire, North Wales.
Oak View Lodge Park at Bryn Morfydd will offer the ultimate in rural holiday retreats says business owner Jamie Hughes who has 25 years of experience in the holiday homes and lodge industry.
The 18-acre park located in the village of Llanrhaeadr-yng-Nhingmeirch, is being created by Jamie at a total cost of over £2.2 million.
With sweeping views across the tranquil Vale of Clywyd, Oak View is in the grounds of the former Bryn Morfydd Hotel which closed in January 2009.
Work has already started on the development which will see 89 luxury lodges nestled in landscaped surroundings, and their owners provided with a raft of first-class facilities.
They include private hot-tubs, luxury furnishings and fittings, high-speed fibre broadband, and many other pampering touches such as an on-site concierge service.
Jamie says the development has already sparked huge interest from would-be buyers seeking the ultimate rural retreat with the option of working from their holiday home.
"We began work on Oak View less than six-months ago, and in autumn we sited our first luxury lodge for a customer," said Jamie.
"Support from the Development Bank of Wales, and the additional investment we have made, means we have been able to create a truly outstanding haven for lovers of luxury and natural beauty.
“Oak View provides a glorious rural setting with superb walking opportunities right on the doorstep, and is within easy reach of Snowdonia National Park and the North Wales coast.
“Our high-speed fibre internet connection ensures that those who are able to work remotely can do so in a peaceful, picture-perfect environment and enjoy a wonderful work-life balance."
Jamies said that owners will be able to have full use of their lodges throughout the four seasons as Oak View has a 12-month operating licence which allows stays throughout the year.
There is a choice of two and three-bedroom architect-designed lodges, selected from leading UK lodge manufacturers and complete with central heating and high levels of insulation.
"Our lodges provide light and airy open-plan living, vaulted ceilings, and spacious kitchens with modern integrated appliances as standard," said Jamie.
"There are even options available to add other luxury items such as a free-standing full-size bath and a private hot tub on the exterior sun decking.
Twenty lodges are being released in the first phase of the development, with prices starting from £225,000.
