The Harbor Club, Curio Collection by Hilton, is building on its culinary success with the launch of a brand-new Market Street lunch concept. Paying tribute to the property’s nautical theming and stunning marina setting, this new menu showcases the very best of the island’s local produce, particularly its fresh fish and seafood.

Available from 12pm-4:30pm daily, this expertly crafted menu offers a tempting mix of hot and cold savoury dishes. Guests and locals alike can choose a lighter lunch experience, perfect for dining alfresco under the Market Street canopies, or opt to dine along the water’s edge with a large plate dish paired with the perfect wine selection. Mouth-watering dishes include seafood pasta and teriyaki salmon; handheld favourites such as the Market Street Burger or tasty chicken, fish and shrimp tacos; or even a freshly prepared poke bowl, yellow fin tuna tartar or shrimp tempura. The Harbor Club’s culinary team has ensured there is something for everyone with both vegan and vegetarian dishes also available to order.
