EVA AIR CELEBRATES 30TH ANNIVERSARY OF LONDON ROUTE

EVA Air, Taiwan’s leading independent airline, is celebrating the 30th anniversary of the launch of its flights from London Heathrow to Bangkok and Taipei with a series of promotions and competitions, including a promotional flight ticket sale, a social media competition and a bus advertising campaign. The airline will also be marking the occasion with its trade partners at a 30th Anniversary Party to be held on 30th March 2023, the actual date of the anniversary, at St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel in central London.

To mark the occasion, for all return flights booked from London Heathrow to Bangkok or Taipei on EVA Air’s website between 27 March and 10 April 2023 for departures between 1 May and 9 December 2023, the airline will automatically apply a discount of GBP30 on all economy class tickets*; GBP60 on all Premium Economy class tickets and GBP90 on all Royal Laurel Class (Business Class) tickets.

EVA Air will continue the celebrations with a social media Flight Ticket Giveaway competition, which will run from 30th March to 10th April 2023, whereby the award-winning airline will be giving away 1 x Premium Economy Class return ticket and 1 x Economy Class return ticket (for either London Heathrow to Bangkok or London Heathrow to Taipei) in a lucky draw.  The competition will run on EVA Air’s Facebook @EVAAIRWAYSCORPUK and Instagram @EVAAIR_UK accounts.

The 30th Anniversary sale will be promoted by EVA Air by means of a London bus advertising campaign, which will take place between 27th April and 10th April 2023 on 175 buses in the London area. The advertising campaign will incorporate a new logo specially designed for the 30th anniversary celebrations as well as the details of the sale and a QR code, which can be easily scanned to take the traveller straight to the booking page of EVA Air’s website.

To thank its trade partners for their support of EVA Air over the last 30 years, the airline will also be holding a 30th Anniversary Luncheon Party at the St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel in central London on 30th March, which is the actual date of EVA Air’s anniversary. The event will also be attended by the tourist boards and Ambassadors of both Taiwan and Thailand as well as some guests from West Ham United football club, which is sponsored by EVA Air.
