St Vincent & The Grenadines vs Barbados: A day out at the cricket with the chance to win a once in a life-time holiday!

The High Commissioners of St. Vincent and the Grenadines (SVG) and Barbados are hosting a T20 Cricket Match between the two nations on Sunday 20th August 2023 at the Atrium Club in Reading. Tickets cost £10 and are sold on the door, with coaches running from London, High Wycombe, Manchester, Birmingham and East London. This is the perfect event for spectators to get in the mood for Carnival as August draws to a close.

The gate opens at 11am and game starts at 1pm with live Caribbean music from SVG’s DJ Dr Freeze, and Bajan DJ Paulie. Celebrating all things Caribbean with Vincentian culinary delicacies such as curry goat, potato pudding and pelau food will be served alongside Vincentian Hairoun beer and Vincy Rum Punch at the bar.

Cricket fans are also in with the chance of winning a free trip to the beautiful islands of St. Vincent & the Grenadines on Virgin Atlantic Airways, with a five-night stay in Beachcombers Hotel’s Presidential Suite – raffle tickets can be purchased during the event.
