Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort & Spa to Launch Family Selection
Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort & Spa, one of four premium hotels operated by Palladium Hotel Group in Mexico’s Riviera Maya, will reopen in December 2023 with a brand-new Family Selection offering. The exclusive accommodation concept is the result of a 40 million dollar investment and will offer families personalised services. The Family Selection has only previously been offered at Grand Palladium Costa Mujeres Resort & Spa and Grand Palladium Vallarta Resort & Spa.
The 169 Family Selection suites which will open in the Riviera Maya join the 95 already existing in Vallarta and 180 in Costa Mujeres, adding up to a total of 471 suites operated under the Family Selection concept. These exceptional spaces have been designed with travelling families in mind, offering special amenities, exclusive areas, family activities and personalised services which make them ideal for those seeking a premium experience.
Jesús Zalvidea, Regional Brand Director of American Operations for Palladium Hotel Group, commented that “In addition to the magnificent general renovation of Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort & Spa, which is very much in line with the quality of the wider Riviera Maya resort offering, the introduction of the Family Selection has been exceptionally well received by guests.”
Thanks to Palladium Hotel Group’s luxury all-inclusive programme, Infinite Indulgence®, guests at Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort & Spa can indulge in a total of 11 à la carte restaurants, three show-cooking restaurants, 18 bars and six swimming pools, located in different areas of the resort.
In addition, Family Selection guests will also be able to unwind in exclusive rooms and areas with exceptionally high service standards and easy beach access, and will benefit from a separate lobby to check-in, a private swimming pool with swim-up bar, an exclusive restaurant and a VIP games area, all in addition to the rest of the resort's facilities.
“Each stay is personalised, meaning guests can enjoy special experiences such as themed in-room nights, where they can watch films or celebrate special occasions in a unique way. Our goal is to differentiate from the resort’s existing proposition” added Zalvidea.
In addition to these renovations, the group is developing a new concept which combines gastronomy and entertainment, two of Palladium Hotel Group’s key pillars. “Bravo” will open in the Autumn as Grand Palladium Kantenah Resort & Spa’s first ‘dinner and dance’ venue.
Palladium Hotel Group, which has operated in Mexico for over two decades, manages a total of seven hotels in the country, spread across three destinations. These include hotels under the TRS Hotels brands, an all-inclusive luxury brand designed exclusively for adults, and the Grand Palladium Resort & Spa brand, which now includes a total of three Family Selection hotels.
