With monthly events running all the way to December, Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife is the place to be for 80’s lovers on holiday in 2022
Following a two-year hiatus, Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife is excited to announce the return of their much-loved Children of the 80’s party. Running from 9th July all the way though to 3rd December, huge names from all over the world will come together to celebrate the music and style of this iconic era. Set against a backdrop of neon lights and heart-stopping retro looks, Children of the 80’s promises to once again deliver the most anticipated events in the island’s holiday calendar.
Taking place every month, both visitors and residents of Tenerife will be able to take a trip back in time and relive the frenetic atmosphere of the 80’s, thanks to a visual spectacle, imaginative staging and a real explosion of colour.
Celebrations will kick off on 9th July 2022, with the incredible Neon Collective, a fantastic tribute to Depeche Mode, The Cure o U2. The performance will mark the beginning of the festival and will serve as the go-to event for those looking for an alternative to the electronic music circuit in Tenerife. In addition, the line-up includes names such as Los Inhumanos, Vicky Larraz and Nathalie The Soundlovers.
'Children of the 80's', which was launched at Hard Rock Hotel Ibiza in 2015 and achieved rapid notoriety as one of the most outstanding summer events on the island, arrived a year later in Tenerife to enjoy the same success.
From 7:30pm, those attending 'Children of the 80's' will travel back in time with the best hits, outfits and dances from one of the most iconic decades of pop culture.
Tickets can be purchased starting at 25 euros on the website www.childrenofthe80s.com. In addition, attenders can consult and book a shuttle service through the same website. The cost of this service will be €10 round trip and will be available from / to Los Cristianos at different times, before the start of the event and from half an hour before the end of the event. Hotel guests will be able to enjoy this party completely free of charge.
