Check out our top picks:
Nutshell’s Iranian Bastani:
Homing in on her childhood favourites, Chef-Patron Marwa Alkhalaf has created the traditional Persian ice cream for their new summer menu. Made with sugar, eggs, milk, rose water, saffron and pistachio and sandwiched between two thin wafers called "Bastani e Nooni" which means ice cream sandwich. Nutshell’s version is lemon ice cream and an almond tuille sandwich served with sour cherry glaze, spiced icing sugar, blitzed pistachio, and mint to garnish. The perfect summer treat reflecting Sweet, sour, and nutty flavours.
The Luxury Solero from Muse by Tom Aikens
Tom Aikens has just launched Muse's summer menu. He normally likes the menu to be a surprise, but this dessert is just too good to not shout about. Many of you will remember always asking “what’s for dessert?” but the team at Muse are giving us a sneak peek: this sweet, seasonal delight is a Michelin-starred twist of the childhood classic - Kaffir lime ice cream with a mango ripple and coated in a passionfruit glaze – how amazing does that sound?

The North Indian Classic - Pali Hill’s Passionfruit Ice Gola
Pali Hill in Fitzrovia celebrates India’s diverse culinary heritage, and what better dessert to transport you there than an Ice Gola! Celebrated chef, Avinash Shashidhara’s Passionfruit Ice Gola is a playful upgrade to the street side favourite summer snack of shaved ice. A vibrant and cooling dessert, this is just the thing you need on those long lasting hot summer days.
The Real Sicilian Granita from Norma
Where does one head for a chic Mediterranean getaway when you can’t catch a plane yet? Norma! Fitzrovia’s little slice of Sicily and the hotspot for perfect seasonal granita. The frozen dessert is ideal for hot summer days and chef director, Ben Tish has created a yellow peach granita served with cream which will whisk you straight to the sea. The 70s classic is having a moment. Take a trip down memory lane with Crockers Henley's head chef and young gun Alex Payne who has jazzed up the all-time favourite - the peach melba - and given it an icy summery makeover. With white peach atop with homemade vanilla ice cream and an artful spattering of smashed raspberry granita this is set to be the desert of the summer.

Rick Stein x Happy Endings on the Cornish Coast
Rick Stein’s recently launched café in Padstow is a dreamy staycation must-visit. The Origin coffee they serve is is a winner, but in this weather, it’s all about their Happy Endings ice cream. The tasty and refreshing soft serve is the creamiest ice cream in town, and has the option of some rather naughty and nice toppings like caramelised white chocolate and toasted coconut. Grab an ice-cream and head straight to the beach!
